Genome-Wide Rat Screening Set
The rat screening set consists
of 310 markers spaced approximately 5 cM apart. Most of the markers are polymorphic
in at least eight or more of the 46 strains tested. This set is available unlabeled or
labeled with fluorescent dyes.* The markers in the fluorescent labeled set are multiplexed
based on both allele size and dye color, allowing multiple genotypes per lane. As a result,
this set of 310 MapPairs® Microsatellite Markers fits in just 44 lanes. A complete list of
